3) After your paperwork is filled out you will need to set up another appointment with our bankruptcy attorney to return your papers. We will go over the paperwork with you and set up a time to have you sign them.
4) SIGN THE PAPERS- A day after you return your papers we can usually have your papers ready to sign. This is when your bankruptcy petition is filed and your payment to us is due.
