Wellness
Whether this is your first pregnancy or your fifth, your body will change with each trimester. We’ve designed our combination Yoga/Pilates classes to address the physical and emotional changes you will experience.
Pregnancy Yoga/Pilates
Did you know that a great benefit of practicing yoga is that it emphasizes breathing, relaxation, posture and body awareness – all of which make you better prepared to deal with the challenges of pregnancy and birth? And, Pilates increases tone and strength while improving flexibility!
Postpartum Yoga/Pilates
This postpartum class will help you strengthen your body after giving birth. You will regain abdominal and pelvic floor strength, develop inner and outer strength while meeting other moms and babies.
Nutrition Counseling
We also offer Healthy Diet and Nutrition courses that allow you to understand your nutritional needs pre and postnatal.
