Wellness
You’ve matured but you haven’t slowed down? We offer Tai Chi and Pilates classes designed especially for the mature woman (55 and older).
Did you know that Tai Chi originated as a martial art (evolving from qigong)? It’s now practiced more for its therapeutic benefits, which include reducing stress, promoting balance and flexibility, and even easing arthritis pain.
Have you admired the long and lean look of a dancer’s body? With Pilates, you can shape your legs, hips, back, chest and arms by focusing on strengthening your abdominals and back. You’ll redefine and shape your body without all the bulk.
We also offer Healthy Diet and Nutrition courses that allow you to understand the nutritional needs of the maturing body.
