Jill Risberg: President
BS, Landscape Architecture, Rutgers University, 1989
Jill Risberg is a native of Bridgewater, NJ and has lived in Charlotte for nearly 19 years. Her experience includes designing subdivisions and commercial properties for Turnbull Design Group, PA; generating construction drawings and documents for LandDesign; designing residential landscapes for Travis Landscapes; and designing residential and commercial landscapes for Benton Landscapes. Jill has extensive knowledge in all areas of landscape design, construction, and horticultural care. Jill purchased The Whole Blooming Landscape in 2007 from Gigi Guyton and continues to dedicate her efforts to building one of the most talented, full-service landscape companies serving Charlotte's most prestigious addresses.
Sean Kelleher: Installation Crew Chief
Sean Kelleher is a native of Toms River, NJ. His landscape construction experience includes his employment with Tri-State Building Specialties in Freehold, NJ; Gabriel Scalise and Sons in Long Branch, NJ; and Plant Health Care Inc., in Farmingdale, NJ. He has been in charge of The Whole Blooming Landscape’s installation crew since 2005. He has extensive knowledge of hardscaping, grading, and drainage.
Dionicio Martinez: Maintenance Crew Chief
Horacio Flores: Crew Support
Horacio Flores is a native of San Mateo Chapultepec, Mexico. He began as a laborer with The Whole Blooming Landscape in 2001. He was promoted to Maintenance Crew Chief in 2004. He took on the position of Crew Support in 2006. He has extensive knowledge of irrigation, lighting, turf, and horticultural care.

Gigi Guyton: Founder

Gigi Guyton is a native of Birmingham, Ala., and lived in Charlotte for nearly 20 years. She was the entrepreneur columnist and society columnist at The Charlotte Observer before taking a leave to hike the Appalachian Trail. After spending four months on the trail, she developed a newfound connection to nature. She worked for Travis Landscapes for three years before establishing The Whole Blooming Landscape in 1998. Since then, Guyton dedicated herself to building one of the most talented, full-service landscape companies serving Charlotte’s most prestigious addresses. Guyton sold The Whole Blooming Landscape in 2007 to pursue other entrepreneurial ventures in Portland, Maine.
