Should I use Steam or Dry Cleaning? 

Dry Cleaning can be effective in certain

applications, and we do have all options,

but steam cleaning is by-far

most effective for Cleaning, Disinfecting,

and over-all Appearance...

How long will I need to stay off of my carpet?

Whitehall uses Air Movers in every  Home & Business 

while cleaning with the industries most advanced

Truck Mounted cleaners.  As a result drying times are 

greatly reduced to as little as a few hours before

normal traffic can resume..

Do I need to move my furniture?

Moving furniture is totally up to you..We will

clean around all furniture or corner to corner if

if the furniture has been removed, for no extra

charge.. For a small fee, large furniture can be

moved by a Whitehall Tech prior to cleaning...

Do you clean Pet Stains?

Yes... We have special treatments for all types of

Pet Stains, Urine, etc...! We can treat all surfaces:

Carpet, Tile, All Oriental/Area rugs, Upholstery, etc...

 Do you clean Oriental rugs? 

Yes.... we clean all fiber-types of Oriental & Persian rugs.

(full size, area, runners, etc.)

Can my Oriental rugs be cleaned @ my home? 

We can clean rugs at the home.  Although bringing them back

to our shop will allow us to but our 7-step process that we do

for all our clients oriental and area rugs.  Pick up and delivery
