CONSULTATIONS:

Three (3) consultations for the wedding reception with Victoria Belle's certified wedding & event planner with state-of-the-art training from the Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants (ACPWC).

CATERING:

Includes a customized menu by selection of seven cold or hot items from Grande Belle menu. Also includes 2 hours of food service and wait staff.

Alcohol must be arranged through Victoria Belle, Inc. – contact us regarding prices and policies.

CAKE:

A freshly baked traditional three tier wedding cake customized with your choice of cake flavor & icing as well as design selection (ornate designs are additional charge).  Cake cutting fee is included.

FLOWERS:

Bride’s bouquet, one bridesmaid bouquet, two corsages, four boutonnieres, centerpiece for your buffet table, flowers for your cake top.

MUSIC:

Choice of 3 ½ hours of disc jockey with your music selections or baby grand piano with music library.

FUNCTION SPACE:

Use of the mansion and grounds for 7 ½ hours: 2 hours for catering set-up, 3 1/2 hours reception time; 12 hours decor preparation; 8 hours for clean-up; labor

Bride's Suite with adjoining hair & makeup salon & a separate Groom's suite for the duration of your ceremony and/or reception.

Three buffet tables with floor length linen and three table toppers draped in the coordinating colors of your wedding.

Illuminated arbor at the guest entrance decorated in your wedding colors and greenery.

At the guest entrance - an antique wagon for gifts and a guest book table with linen, umbrella and greenery.

Outdoor canopy in event of inclement weather.

Insect fogging day of the wedding and/or reception
