We have 3 Sales Departments which can be reached at our main line 985-872-1431; Electrical Sales, Generator Sales and the Lighting Showroom.   Please ask for the most appropriate Division.  The accounting office can be reached at 985-876-7133.

We apologize but from time-to-time our phone system will roll-over to an answering machine because all of our employees are serving customers.  We request that you just redial in a minute or two.

Our Philosophy is that LOW-TECH Answering systems work best.  We have friends in India and other countries overseas, but don’t use them to answer our phone!  We believe that it’s important for all involved to speak to a local and knowledgeable specialist to better serve you.

Normally, it is not required for remodel jobs or for browsing.  For new construction quotation and selection process, we recommend that you call for an appointment to ensure better dedicated service from our lighting specialist.

We recommend that you bring your Electrical plans, any reference materials such as magazine photos, color swatches, floor samples or anything else you would like to coordinate with.

Most often, we can better serve you at our showroom with your lighting plans, and access to our reference materials, tools and displays.  On those jobs that require an on-sight lighting specialist, we can provide that service after an initial showroom consultation.

For customers without a house account, we require a 50% deposit to place an order over $200 and the remaining 50% due upon receipt.  Special Ordered Generators require Payment in Full.

We expect to be refunded for the freight charges from the factory for your special ordered items.  Freight can be quite expensive at times and will vary depending upon shipping method used and rate policies of the manufacturer.  We do our best to keep freight cost in check.  For instance, we work hard to piggy-back special orders onto stocking Pre-paid Freight Allowed orders, so we can pass on the “No Freight” savings benefit onto our customers.

Each manufacturer is different.  Normal delivery of an item that is IN STOCK at the factory is 2 to 4 weeks from when we place the order.   From time-to-time, there will be Back-Orders from the factory that will seem like forever.  We do our best to get your material in as quick as possible.

We have periodic delivery routes in the tri-parish area which include Thibodaux, Bayou Lafourche, and through-out Terrebonne Parish.  There is no charge for this service.  If your order is big enough and our drivers are available, we will make a special trip. 

We ask that you call to inquire about our delivery service for your House Lighting Orders, Electrical Supplies or Generator.  Delivery of Generators and any heavy item over 200lbs require that the owner provide means to unload the material from our truck or trailer at his/her expense.

What Is Your Return Policy?

All sales are final.  At our Discretion, many Normal Stock items can be returned for full refund, if the items have not been installed, in resalable condition and remain in its original undamaged packaging.

Special ordered item for return are contingent upon the manufacturers return policy which most often charges an 30% to 70% restocking fee plus the freight cost incurred to ship back to the factory.

Some Manufacturers do not accept returns at all and in those instances we would not do so as well.
