Rates



Administrative*

Hourly – Includes report and video copy time



Hotels

Applies when travel is necessary and will be done cost effectively



Mileage*

Mileage will be billed at $0.50/ mile



DMV Inquiries

A charge of $5.00 / Inquiry



Videotapes

A one-time charge of $25.00 / case – Includes 8mm and VHS copies



Record Checks

Hourly plus cost of hard copies (except when it can be done by computer data base)





            * All times and mileage start from the office and end at the office



            * A 50% charge or a minimum of 4 hours will be incurred if client cancels a scheduled surveillance 48 hours prior



              to that surveillance. Based on Estimated surveillance time.



           



            * Retainers are required before beginning a case. Flexible retainers based on case.
