Established in August of 1996 by Scott Hannon as a commercial grassing and guardrail installation company, which quickly evolved over the years into a full service civil construction company.

Taking pride in our outstanding safety record, we conduct weekly safety meetings with all of our employees and require supervisory employees to be certified in CPR and First Aid. In 2003, the Associated Builders & Contractors awarded us a National Gold Safety Award and a State Silver Safety Award. We attend various safety seminars throughout the year to ensure we are utilizing the safest work procedures available to protect our employees and the public.
