Meet the Attorney
I understand the fears and concerns that often surface when people are faced with issues involving family and financial matters. It is my goal to be exceptionally accessible to all of my clients. I take an aggressive and realistic approach to all my cases, while allowing my clients to remain in control of the direction of their legal matter. I view my role as an attorney as being an advocate and advisor to ensure a satisfactory resolution to the issues faced by my clients.
In addition to being dedicated to the needs of my clients, I have made it a priority to volunteer my time, both personally and professionally, to the local community. I work with the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Ask a Lawyer Program and the Bankruptcy Help Line Program. I was named to the Hall of Fame for the Indianapolis Bar Association in 2006, 2007 and 2008, and 2009 in recognition of my volunteer efforts. I was also named to the prestigious 2010 Rising Star Super Lawyer List by Law and Politics Magazine.
I live in Hendricks County with my wife and two children. When I am away from my practice, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, cooking, reading, working in my yard, camping and attending the U.S. Nationals at O’Reilly Raceway Park each Labor Day weekend.
