Total Health Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Center is conveniently located at Poplar Avenue and I-240 at 1069 West Rex Road, near Memorial Park in Memphis, TN.
From I-240 take the Poplar West exit. From Poplar, turn south on Brookfield, which borders the west side of Olive Garden. Take an immediate left off Brookfield onto West Rex Road. Our office is the fifth building on the right.
