Top to Bottom Cleaning & Organizing started in North Carolina 27 years ago. The owner, Connie Belcher, worked in the construction business for about 5 years, hanging sheetrock. One day she decided that she would rather clean up the mess than to create it and has never looked back. From day one, we have been providing exceptional services at the best rate in town. We work hard to keep your home and office spotless, allowing you the time to focus on the things in your life that matter.
