Tender Hands Home Care Service was started in 1999 using little start-up capital and serving only local communities. Ten years later, our company has grown to serve the entire Mississippi Gulf Coast community. We provide the highest quality care to the elderly and disabled persons living on the Gulf Coast. Our level of quality care given with a personal touch sets us apart from other in-home care companies in the surrounding areas. Our caregivers strongly support and help the elderly achieve quality of life and independent living.

Leslie Jordan is the owner and president of Tender Hands Home Care Service. Mrs. Jordan has been working in the medical field for over 30 years. She has over 25 years experience specializing in care for elderly patients. Over the years, Mrs. Jordan has developed instrumental working relationships with physicians—making Tender Hands Home Care Service "The Physician's Choice". Mrs. Jordan has also has strong personal relationships with hospitals, hospice centers, and social workers within the community.

Tender Hands Home Care Service began as a company that not only cared for the elderly and disabled population, but also offered an empowering career option for working women and mothers. We hire independent contractors, many of whom are self-employed caregivers. Our company provides supplemental income and a career option for our working women and mothers; they are independent and bonded. Most of our contractors are certified with 6 or more years experience in elderly or patient care.
