Caduceus Nightingale Academy is governed by the North Carolina Community College System - Proprietary Schools.
The Nurse Aide I curriculum is approved by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Facility Services, Health Care Personnel Registry Section.
The Nurse Aide II curriculum is approved by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.

Caduceus Nightingale Academy is a private proprietary school whose primary mission is to offer a quality educational program for the Nurse Aide. The primary objective is to provide an environment conducive to the discovery and dissemination of knowledge, to the intellectual, cultural and ethical growth of the student and to professional development of the school.
Purpose:
The purpose of the Nurse Aide program is to extend the opportunity for education to men and women of diverse backgrounds. It also provides experiences needed for effective communication and interpersonal social interactions. These experiences include theory and clinical practices needed for mastering the knowledge and skills essential for professional delivery of care in a variety of settings and to multicultural populations. The Nurse Aide program provides an environment conducive to personal and professional growth and lifelong learning for students.

Nurse Aide testing is conducted by the state of North Carolina. Caduceus Nightingale Academy prepares the student to take this test.
