Tender Care, Inc. is about helping those in need of nursing to remain in their own familiar surroundings while receiving medical care. Most patients would prefer to be cared for in the comfort and relaxed environment of their own home.

Tender Care implements the following objectives when providing in-home care:

To provide detailed, quality patient and patient-family oriented care.
To address the patient's unique needs, and treat each patient as an individual, Tender Care will meet each patient and assess his or her situation including his or her physical, psychological, safety, personality, and spiritual needs to create a plan of care.
To involve and assist the family by advising and educating them while assuming the care of a patient at home without affecting the physical or emotional well-being of the family. This includes advising the family regarding community support services, as needed, to serve as a resource and provide health care education for the patient and his/her family.

Patients have a wide range of needs. Tender Care provides individualized home care for each patient as ordered by the patient's physician or as requested by the family. Please see our Services page for more detailed information about the home health care services we provide.

Tender Care, Inc. is licensed by the State of North Carolina as an In-Home Health Agency and Nursing Pool Agency. Tender Care, Inc. is also certified by Medicaid.
