Recreational Dance  

Preschool, Elementary, Middle School, and High School Classes Beginner through Advanced Levels

Tap, Ballet, Tumbling Combination, Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Street Funk, Lyrical, Modern, Pointe, Jazz Technique, Ballet Technique, Musical Theatre, Progressions, Leaps and Turns

Ages 2 through Adult (male and female)

Tapio Dance Company  

Fall Dance Company - Begins on Tuesday, August 16th!   

Please call 884-9579 for information for your child's age and level

Tiny Stars (ages 3 through 4) chosen by ability from students enrolled in our recreational classes or "new students" evaluated by attending a "trial class", three hours of class per week

Rising Stars (ages 4 through 6) Open assesment and / or chosen from students in our recreational programs, three hours of class per week

Shining Stars (ages 8 and under) Open assessment and /or chosen from students in our recreational programs, four and a half hours of class per week

Sparkling Stars (ages 7 through 9) Open assessment and / or chosen from students in our recreational programs, six to seven hours of class per week

Twinkling / Elite Stars (ages 10 - 14) Open assessment and / or chosen from students in our recreational programs, four to six hours of class per week, **this level of company is great for those students who want to participate in other sports and activities that conflict with a hectic dance schedule, but still want to be a part of our competitive program

Shooting Stars, Super Stars, Mega Stars, and All Stars  (ages 9 - 18) Auditions are with mandatory with periodic assessments of students throughout the competitive year, eight to ten hours of class per week Back to top

Recreational Gymnastics

          Preschool - Tumble Time Toddlers ages 14 months - 3 years  Parent -Tots

Preschool - Tumble Time Tots ages 2 - 4

Elementary - Tumble Time Tumblers ages 3 - 12

*Advanced Beginner - *Tumble Time Twisters or Turners ages 5 - 12 

*Intermediate and Advanced - *Tumble Time Turners ages 9 and above

* Classes marked with an asterik (*) are more advanced classes and students are teacher evaluated and placed by level and ability *  

Girls - tumbling and floor exercise, balance beam, uneven bars, vault, tumble track, mini tramp

Boys - tumbling and floor exercise, vault, bars, rings, pommell, tumble track, mini tramp

Developmental Gymnastics

Profile class of gymnastics strength training and skills, students selected by class audition and assessment only

Competitive Gymnastics

Tapio's Gyminee's Gymnastics Team chosen to complete locally, regionally, nationally Level 2 through Level 10

USA Gymnastics and AAU Competitions

Tryouts and Audition - evaluations  OR progression through our in-house recreational and developmental programs

Cheer - Tumbling

Combination class aimed to teach progressions of tumbling to individual students or cheerleading squads

Tapio Tumblers Cheer Team, our newest cheerleading program, is for ages 5 through 10 interested in competitive cheer.  The class includes cheering, tumbling, stunts, jumps and pom dance.   The Tapio Tumblers will attend three to four local cheer competitions this season!

After School/Pick Up (ASPUP)

Provides pick up from local area schools
Eligible students are those enrolled in any of our class programs
Daily activities include homework helpers, snacks, arts and crafts, open gym time, and caring, qualified, adult supervision until 6 pm

Super Summer/Winter Break Camps

The registration form for our Super Summer Day Camp is located in the blue outlined box on our homepage at the bottom left hand corner!

 Register by the week for all summer or just one week at a time!
7am until 6pm supervision that includes arts and crafts, sports and games, drama, dance classes, gymnastics classes, library, swimming, playground fun, open gym time and field trips daily

If you've heard about our super summer camp - and want the same full day activities don't forget to pre-register for our Holiday Break Camps during Christmas and Spring Break! 

Full day program for those teacher work days in our school calendar!  Open 7 am until 6 pm with a fun-filled day of activities and field trips - daily rate applies.

Birthday Parties

Combined hour and a half scheduling of gymnastics or dance fun and games, with party themes and activities to provide parents with hands-free birthdays for children of all ages
