6.Spinach Salad – Spinach with fresh mushrooms, tomatoes, red onion, hard boiled egg and crumbled bacon with choice of Julienne Turkey or Ham with cup of soup.
7.Cobb Salad – Mixed greens with Julienne Turkey, avocados, Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, crumbled bacon and hard boiled egg with cup of soup.
8.Fruit and Salad Plate with Cottage Cheese – Bed of Romaine and seasonal fresh fruits, scoop of cottage cheese with cup of soup.
