Jeff Lin has owned the restaurant for over 7 years. His continuing passion for Szechuan Palace has transformed a career into a hobby. Mr. Lin values the importance of constant learning and adapting to the trends by allowing the restaurant to develop steadily in its décor and culinary influences. He enjoys traveling to China when the opportunity for leisure arises and wishes to see extensive growth in the restaurant in the future while maintaining a family-oriented environment.

In the restaurant industry, customer service is the cornerstone to success. Staff members are extremely polite, friendly, and patiently working out any conflicts that arise. The working environment is light and fun, allowing for a productive and cooperative atmosphere. The prevailing management style is that everyone at Szechuan Palace is treated as a family member. A lot of mutual respect is given to one another. The owner, Jeff Lin, occasionally hosts parties at the buffet to celebrate all the dedication and hard work staff members have devoted to the restaurant.
