We are located in the Summit Medical Center Office Building. Our office hours are Monday thru Thursday 9 am to 5 pm and Friday 9 am to 3 pm.

Directions:

From Knoxville:
Take I-40 West to Nashville
Exit 221, turn right off of the exit
Go to 3rd red light and turn left onto Frist Boulevard. This will take you to Summit Medical Center.
Valet Parking is available in front of the Patient Entrance at no charge.

From Nashville:
Take I-40 East to Nashville
Exit 221A, "The Hermitage" exit
Go to the 2nd red light and turn left onto Frist Boulevard. This will take you to Summit Medical Center.
