About Dr. Maloney
Dr. Jennifer Gordon-Maloney opened her practice in July 2005 at Stonecrest Medical Center in Smyrna, Tennessee. She is excited to be serving Rutherford County and the surrounding communities.
When you visit Dr. Maloney, you can feel comfortable in her clinical competence as she has extensive dental and hospital-based training that includes the following:
- Four years of dental school
- One year of a post graduate, general practice residency with a hospital-based emphasis
Four years of an accredited, post graduate oral and maxillofacial surgical program - One year of an oral and maxillofacial fellowship at the Oral Surgical Institute under the tutelage of Dr. Jeffrey Carter
- One year associateship at the Oral Surgical Institute

Hello and welcome. I'm Renee and I joined the team in August 2007. I worked for Dr. Maloney while she was completing her fellowship and was so excited to have the opportunity to come work for her again. I have two hats that I wear at the office. I am in the front office as a patient representative and in surgery the other days with the clinical staff. I love working with the patients on all levels of patient care. Our office has a warm and comfortable feel to it. My personal goal is to make sure that each patient knows that I truly care about their needs and want their experience here to be as pleasant as possible.

Hi! My Name is Dawn. This is a wonderful place to work. My main focus when a patient comes in is to welcome them and help them with any questions they may have regarding their insurance or scheduling concerns. I feel first impressions really make the difference. Dr. Maloney is kind, gentle and really listens to her patients needs.
