Is there a charge for estimates? Is there a charge for estimates? Collision estimates are free of charge, service estimates prepared by the service advisers are also free of charge. However, time spent by a service technician to diagnose the needs of a car does have a fee. The fee differs depending on the needs of your vehicle. Please call the service department for more information on diagnostic pricing.


Morning shuttle service Can I get a ride home or to work from the shop? Our service location has morning shuttle service. We schedule downtown shuttles at 8:00am and shorter rides until about 10am. Sorry, but we can not promise afternoon pick ups and can not pick up from downtown due to staffing limitations.


Service appointments Do I need an appointment for an oil change? It is best to have an appointment, however don't hesitate to stop in... we will do our best to work your vehicle in.


Collision Estimates Do I need an appointment for an estimate? It is best to schedule an appointment so we are ready to write the estimate when you arrive. However, we do our best to accommodate walk in estimates also!


Do you sell tires? Do you sell tires? Yes! We have many brands available. When you purchase four tires we will rotate them with every other oil change at no charge.


I can not pick up during business hours, what are my options? I can not pick up during business hours, what are my options? We need you to stop in and have your credit card imprinted or fill out a fax authorization so we can leave your car out for after hours pick up. Some insurance companies also require signatures at pick up, please call us to get more information.


I am buying a pre-owned vehicle, should I have it inspected? I am buying a pre-owned vehicle, should I have it inspected? Yes! We recommend having pre-owned vehicles inspected to detect service and repair needs. We also use this service for customers who are deciding whether or not to keep a car they own.


Do you perform factory recalls? Do you perform factory recalls? Unfortunately we are not allowed to perform recall work for the manufacturers. We can however perform all routine maintenance and keep your warranty enforce.


Do you offer financing? Do you offer financing? We have 90 days same as cash available from Car Care One. Call us for more information.


Can you tow my car? Can you tow my car? We have partnered with A&A towing. You can reach them at 551-7651. If you are a AAA member, we reccommend that you call AAA at the number on the back of your membership card.
