Steve was born in Nurnberg, Germany, and grew up in Lakeland, Florida. He attended Auburn University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree, and University of Oklahoma, where he pursued a Master’s degree in Public Administration. He graduated with high honors from Mercer University School of Law. Prior to law school, Steve was a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army.

Steve was a summer associate for Jones, Cork & Miller in Macon, Georgia. Upon graduation from law school in 1989, Steve was a litigation attorney for Jon H. Anderson & Associates, P.A. in Lakeland, Florida. In 1991, he decided to open his own law firm.

Steve is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association, Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers, and Attorney's Title Insurance Fund, Inc. Steve is actively involved in the Willson American Inn of Court and serves as a volunteer Guardian Ad Litem for the Tenth Judicial Circuit Court for Polk County, Florida.

Ricardo Santander was born in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Cuban exiles, and grew up in Miami, Florida graduating from Miami Coral Park Senior High School. He attended the University of Florida where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Later he attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate.

While at the University of Miami School of Law, he was a member of the Hispanic Law Student Association, a founding member of the Civil and Comparative Law Society, Editor-in-Chief of the Res Ipsa Loquitur, the biweekly journal of the University of Miami School of Law, Chair of the LAFAC Committee, and a member of the Society of Bar & Gavel, which is among the highest honors awarded at the University of Miami School of Law.

Ricardo was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001, and to the United States District Court in and for the Middle District of Florida in 2005. He originally began practicing in South Florida prior to moving to the Lakeland area in 2003. While in South Florida his practice areas included Real Estate, Condominium Law, Business and Commercial Law, Family Law and Estate Planning.

His current practice areas include Immigration, Business and Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Probate.

Jennifer was born in Tampa, Florida. She attended the University of South Florida, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology. While at the University of South Florida, she volunteered with University of South Florida Student Judicial Services and interned with the Juvenile Diversion Program in Tampa.

She later attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate. While at Nova Southeastern, she became a member of Phi Alpha Delta and volunteered with the Broward County Guardian Ad Litem Program.

Jennifer was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006 and began practicing law in the Lakeland area. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association.

Jennifer and her husband, José, live in Tampa.
