1. Where do I bring pallets?
If you are in a tractor trailer truck, please go to Bldg 1 at 4000 Jeff Adams Drive. We will unload and count your pallets and payment is made in the front office.
If you are in a pickup truck and trailer, you take your pallets to Bldg 2 at 28th Street & Graham Street and there your pallets will be unloaded, counted and graded and you go to Bldg 1 to receive payment. Bldg 1 is the main building at 4000 Jeff Adams Drive. The front office is where you receive payment.

2. What are your receiving hours?
M-F 6am - 5pm Sat 6am - Noon at Building 1 for tractor trailers
M-F 7am - 4:30pm at Building 2 for pickups and trailers – Closed at this location on Saturday

3. How many pallets will you pick up and remove for a company?
We will pick up any number of pallets, we charge by the size of the load.

4. What lead time is needed for pallet delivery?
Stock sizes can be delivered normally within 24 hours of order. Custom sizes may take longer. Delivery time is provided at time of order.
