About Us
SSCI is a full service general contracting company that coordinates all phases of the construction or remodeling process. This enables the customer to have one primary contact and there is no need to worry about each job and permits as SSCI takes care of everything from getting the necessary material to acquiring the necessary permits. SSCI will facilitate the customer in the planning and development phases of the project by introducing them to one of our Architectural and Engineering associates.
SSCI is a many disciplined company with a wide range of experience. Our primary experience is in residential building. With more than 17 years in the field we are able to understand the intricacies of the construction process and forsee any obstacles and plan accordingly.
All associates of the company have actual hands on experience in many phases of the construction process. This is especially critical in the remodeling field.
We have also assembled a team of professionals for our sub-contractor base. All of our sub-contractors are established in their field and provide to our customer a high level of service backed by their warranty.
