Since opening its doors in 2007, Southside Catering, LLC has provided the Baton Rouge area with creative and classic Louisiana cuisine for some of the most prominent public and private affairs. Chef Ronell Lenoir has been a fixture in the Louisiana catering business for more than 20 years.

ABOUT THE CHEF

Chef Ronell Lenoir began his cooking career in 1978. After graduating from the Louisiana Culinary Institution in 1984, Chef Lenoir honed his skills by working with several fine-dining restaurants before joining Southside Catering. He has earned recognition for his work, receiving numerous medals from the Culinary Classic of Louisiana. Appearing on local television numerous times, Chef Lenoir is a six-time visitor to Daybreak’s Culinary Corner on Channel 9. Other distinctions Chef Lenoir has received:
