Most insurances are accepted at Southern Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. We are participating providers for many large insurers. We will still file your insurance even if we are out-of-network. Speak with our billing staff regarding out-of-network benefits or any other questions regarding your policy.

Facts About Deductibles:

Deductible: deductibles usually have to be met before your insurance begins to cover the costs of surgery, MRIs, bracing, casting and occasionally injections.

Office visits: most insurance companies cover office visits after you pay your co-pay regardless if your deductible has been met. A percentage of the office visit (10%, 20%, etc.) may be applied to your deductible.
