YOGA combines postures and breath into a flowing sequence enhancing overall body/mind awareness. Regular practice will improve health and well being, reduce stress and increase strength and flexibility. Yoga uses the practice of posture to quiet the restless mind. By moving inward one discovers joyful living that is in alignment with our body's rhythms.
Yoga Instructor: Kathryn Mensingas experience has been at community centers throughout Atlanta, as well as YMCA and Ballys. She is Yoga Alliance RYT 500, a Certified Personal Trainer and Pilates teacher. She brings several styles of yoga to her class which lends appeal to a wide variety of students. Kathryn has been teaching for 15 years and is a life long student of lyengar Yoga.

PILATES is a conditioning program, developed by Joseph Pilates that improves muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength and tone. Pilates' work is concerned with the process itself - experiencing all movement from the inside out by focusing on the present moment instead of placing the entire emphasis upon "doing". Through continuous involvement in the process of movement, the goal is reached by a natural evolution, in contrast to a forced result.

Pilates Instructor: Lisa Ringenberg has been teaching dance since 1983. She has coached numerous high school dance teams - winning the Superior Award for every year she has taught. She was the choreographer for the 1996 Coca-Cola Olympic Park Dance Team and has choreographed Miss Atlanta Contestants. Lisa's classes have benefited from Pilates training for years, as she incorporated it into dance classes to enhance the dancer's level of strength, balance, fitness and flexibility.
Cardio Kickboxing/Body Sculpt This newly formed class is designed to burn calories and sculpt your body while performing drills to high energy, upbeat music. The class will start off slowly and build up into a cardio burn, then transition to lightweight training with an emphasis on toning and sculpting the entire body, arms, legs and abs. Some of the classes will have musical themes such as Latin or Caribbean music.

UNLIMITED TRAINING
Satori works with your budget and your schedule by offering a variety of class times and payment options. Pay only $55 per month when you sign up for a six-month course of Unlimited Training in any combination of Yoga or Pilates classes. Take advantage of your Best Savings payment option and, as an example, taking four classes a week - your per class cost averages $4.50 per class. Maximize your cross training by combining programs. Six-month courses and customized payment programs are available.

Satoris Drop in Card works with your busy and sometimes unpredictable schedule, allowing you to take any of the Yoga, Pilates, and Cardio classes as your schedule permits. Your attendance card will be signed each time you visit, allowing you to take your ten classes as you like.
