The firm of Rosen Appraisal Associates was founded in 1956 by Harvey Rosen, who has a long, respected and valued history. The experience of our staff covers virtually all types of properties from apartment projects, office buildings, major office buildings, convenience stores, marinas, hospitals, condominium projects, warehouses, industrial buildings, agricultural land and development projects.

Harvey J. Rosen, SRA is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and has been appraising real estate for over 55 years.
Joseph B. Rosen, MAI, SRA is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and has been appraising real estate for over 37 years.
