Since 1986, Walter A. Reynoso, Esq. has dedicated his practice to handling criminal defense and forfeiture matters in state and federal courts across the state of Florida. A well-respected Criminal Defense attorney, Mr. Reynoso has represented many high-profile clients over the years, including politicians, doctors, attorneys and lead defendants in major felony, drug and money laundering cases. He is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the Southern and Middle Districts of the United States District Courts.
Mr. Reynoso is a distinguished lifetime member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is a current member and past president of the Colombian Bar Association. Mr. Reynoso graduated from the Boston College School of Law in 1986. While at Boston College, he was a Staff Writer for the Boston College Uniform Commercial Code Reporter Digest and he worked for the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Enforcement Division. Mr. Reynoso has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from John Carrol University.
When Mr. Reynoso is not in the office, he is active in the community. Mr. Reynoso volunteers by coaching little league baseball, youth basketball and flag football. The law firm also runs a Law Mentor Program at local middle schools, where children take part in a mock trial by participating as prosecutors, defense attorneys and jurors. Mr. Reynoso and his family have received awards for their efforts in coordinating holiday parties and other events for the foster children of the Children's Home Society.

Lillian Vitagliano-Baum, Esq. is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the Southern District of Florida of the United States District Court. She is an active member of the Colombian Bar Association. Ms. Vitagliano-Baum received her bachelor's degree from Old Dominion University where she graduated magna cum laude. She graduated with high honors from Florida State University School of Law in 1995. While in law school, Ms. Baum worked as a prosecutor in the felony division for Leon County and as a law clerk for the Honorable Harry Lee Anstead at the Florida Supreme Court. After graduation, she joined the firm and has become an accomplished trial lawyer. Ms. Baum has handled a wide range of state and federal criminal cases. She was appointed to the Juvenile Rules Committee of the Florida Bar in 1999.
When not working, Lillian enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.

Mr. Reynoso was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004. He joined the firm in 2000 and served as the firm’s Administrator. He received his Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas Law School. He has extensive experience in developing legal analysis and exploring all legal defenses. His areas of practice include felonies, misdemeanors, domestic violence injunctions, DUI offenses, violations of probation, complex investigations, and juvenile offenses/delinquencies.
