I went to the Yellow Pages in the phone book and started looking for roofing companies to call. Based on the individual ads I selected several companies and visited their websites, if they had one, and checked their performance with the BBB. Your company was not the first one I selected, but when I called my first choice all I got was an answering machine. I left my name and phone number but then I decided to call another company, yours. My conversation with you was very pleasant and you took all the appropriate information and told me that your service technician, Darrell, would be out to check my problems but probably not until this week. I was very surprised when the next day, Darrell and his assistant arrived. I covered my concerns with them and they went right to work. In short order the necessary repairs were completed and when I asked for the bill Darrell told me that I did not have to pay at that time and that you would bill me. Your bill arrived yesterday and I am very satisfied with the charges. I just wanted to let you know how refreshing the entire experience with your company was. Rest assured that if I have any future roofing needs or I know anyone looking for a roofing company I will be sure to recommend you.
