Memphis/West Tennessee Professional School of Real Estate was co-founded by Jim B. Greer and Diane Beaty in 1985, with the main purpose being to teach students in a truly professional manner, using up-to-date formulas, but with a sense of normalcy and realism. Your decision to enter real estate is perhaps one of the most important decisions you will make; therefore, we feel that the real estate school you select is vitally important. It should be one that will not only prepare you for the license examination, but also give you a sound working knowledge of the principles and the business of real estate. We have prepared thousands of students to take the real estate exam using up-to-date textbooks and materials, a proven teaching method, and scheduling designed to help the student obtain his/her goal as quickly and easily as possible.

The school, recognized as one of the best real estate schools in the state of Tennessee, serves West Tennessee, North Mississippi, and Eastern Arkansas. The owner, Diane Beaty, was the Tennessee Real Estate Commission's 2003 recipient of the William C. “Bill” Tune, Jr. Award for Excellence in Real Estate Education.

All instructors are well-trained, experienced real estate professionals holding an active Brokers license.
