Orders placed prior to noon can be delivered the same day the order is placed, during non-holiday periods. Normal delivery hours are Monday - Saturday, 9 am till 6pm.
Exceptions to this rule will apply if the delivery location is outside our delivery area. Remote and rural addresses sometimes require additional notice in order to get the delivery made.

We cannot make floral deliveries to Post Office Boxes. All rural route addresses require a telephone number for the recipient.
Orders placed without correct addresses, incomplete addresses, missing apartment numbers, suite numbers, or business numbers, business names and/or departments, funeral home names, and telephone numbers may result in a delayed delivery. Additional charges will be charged for wrong delivery addresses, and, if a cancellation should result, a cancellation fee may be charged.
Hospital deliveries for patients will be delivered to each hospitals respective flower receiving area. The delivery to the patient room will ultimately be made by the hospital personnel.
Orders placed with incorrect delivery addresses are subject to the regular delivery fees and cancellation fees, as well as additional delivery fees, for the redelivery. If an order is placed with an incorrect delivery address, it may delay the delivery.
We deliver with our own air-conditioned company vehicles.
