Can I get same day delivery?
If your order is received by noon (EST), we will be able to deliver as you request. However, if it is after noon, please call us toll free (877-681-9573), and we will make every attempt to satisfy your needs in almost every case we can accommodate!
What credit cards do you take?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express for online ordering. If you wish to use a Discover Card, please call us tollfree (877-681-9573).
Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we can easily cancel it. To do so, please contact our customer service department immediately at (877-681-9573). If your order has already been sent out for delivery, we are unable to cancel it. If your order is scheduled for a delivery date in the future, you can call us at (877-681-9573), or email us with your request to cancel.
Can I change the delivery address?
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order is not on its way to being delivered. To request a change to your order's delivery address, please enter the new address information into our online Customer Service Inquiry Form.
Can I change the date of my order's delivery?
