Elegance begins at the front door. This restaurant is just the place for your anniversary or other romantic dinner. The overall menu featured a lot of healthy entrees, but nothing was bland. I opted for the baked flounder, and cannot remember when I've had a better tasting piece of seafood. The sauce was delicious and really complemented the flounder. The Caesar salad came with the dressing on the side, which I liked because the flavor of the greens did not get drowned out by too much dressing.

The word "excellent" best describes this fine restaurant. This is truly a fancy restaurant without the expensive prices. The service was very professional, courteous, and prompt. I started out with a potato soup with carrots, chives and cheese that was simply delicious. My main entree was the grilled chicken special, which was served with mango salsa, vegetables, and rice. The chicken was tender and juicy. For dessert, I had the freshly baked cheesecake with cherry topping. It was huge and delicious.

Hidden in the shadows of suburbia and strip malls you will find Peter David's, a true diamond when it comes to quality dining experiences. Blink too soon and you might drive right by, but believe me, it's worth the U-turn back. The interior is warm and inviting, with fresh cut flowers on each table and a quiet atmosphere to converse in. I started with a tasty artichoke appetizer. My entree, the roast duck, was a stroke of genius. Homemade cheesecake finished the meal in good standing.

Peter David's specializes in recognizable fine dining, that is, familiar food prepared with exquisite ingredients, presented in a unique and special way. For example, I had chicken with mango salsa, yellow rice, and a mixed greens salad. Mango salsa — how creative! It was a nice accompaniment to the chicken, which was very moist and tender. All of the food was incredibly fresh and flavorful. They offer catering and also accommodate larger affairs in the restaurant, which has a calm setting and wonderful service. Keep this place in mind if you are planning a big event. The staff seems willing to go the distance to meet the needs of the customer. That's a rare quality.
