Drake “THE WIZARD” Ozment
Mr Ozment graduated from Stetson University in 1985 where he received his Bachelor of Science degree. He then went on to Nova Southeastern University for his Juris Doctorate in the study of law. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1990, helped thousands of people in Bankruptcy (Chapter 7's and Chapter 13's), Foreclosure cases and Real Estate Closings.
Drake Ozment personally works with each client and handles each case from start to finish to achieve a satisfactory outcome. There are not any partners or associates to pass his clients off to – just personalized, legal representation when you need it most.
ANTOINETTE "TONI" BACKHUS
Mrs. Backhus graduated with honors from Florida Atlantic University in 2002 where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree. At Nova Southeastern University, she was a member of law review and received her Juris Doctorate in the study of law, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005, Ms. Backhus started her career in the areas of Securities and Mergers and Acquisitions, but has transitioned to assisting clients with Bankruptcy (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13) and Foreclosure cases.
Garrett Roberts (Law Clerk)
Mr. Roberts graduated from The University of Florida in 2006 where he received his Bachelor of Science degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He received his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2009. Mr. Roberts is not yet admitted to practice in Florida.
