Howard O'Neil
Howard has over 50 years of experience training dogs. He was the originator and owner of K-9 USA, which was located in both Tampa, Florida and Houston, Texas. Now the owner and operator of O'Neil Training Kennels in Louisville, Kentucky, he has maintained for more than 23 years. Howard believes training should be done with patience, love and praise. He and his family and staff have built a reputation out of hard work, a clean facility and his love for training dogs to be mature, obedient dogs which insure proud owners. “We guarantee our work,” says Howard.
