Welcome to Summer Camp 2006 at Oakbrook!  We have many exciting and interesting things planned for our program this year, and it promises to be a fun-filled two months.

Each month will be centered on one or two themes.  Our activities, projects, field trips and art will revolve around the chosen topic.  We will be sending a newsletter home each month, along with a calendar of events so that you will have a schedule of the special days for your child’s class.  July's  themes are “Rumble in the Jungle”, “Our Wonderful World of Plants and Animals”, and “A Camping We Will Go”.   

Each class will participate in many theme related trips and activities as well as special days like movie day, ice cream sundae day, cooking experiences, and a picnic at the end of the month!  This should prove to be an exciting summer.  Again let me welcome all our new and returning children and parents.
