Dr. Elias serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Jacksonville Shands Dental Clinic, where he teaches Dental Residency students about various prosthodontic topics. He is also a Clinical Professor at the University Of Florida College Of Dentistry Graduate Prosthodontics Program in Gainesville, where he lectures and provides clinical and didactic assistance to the dentists in the program.  Dr. Elias lectures locally and nationally to study clubs and other organizations.

Using his extensive laboratory skills and knowledge of materials used for restoration and replacement of teeth, Dr. Elias creates esthetically attractive and natural-looking replacement teeth in his on-site laboratory.  Having a lab on premises allows for better control over the overall quality of your custom fabricated teeth and appliances and eliminates the need for multiple fitting appointments. During fittings, patients can even wait in the lobby while Dr. Elias makes adjustments to the prosthesis, so they do not have to come back to the office multiple times just for this part of the procedure. Repairs can also be performed right at the lab in the office, rendering repairs immediately on site with the least inconvenience to you. You will see and feel the difference!
