Classic "Build your Own Sandwich" Buffet
Crudites and dip platters, garden-tossed salad with two dressings, shaved turkey, roast beef, black forest ham and corned beef (3 oz.), sliced tomato, cucumber and lettuce platter, assorted breads and buns, an assortment of fudge brownies, carrot dake, butter tart slice and lemon squares, freshly brewed coffee and tea.

"Lunch in a Crunch" Buffet 
Cucumber, tomato and onion salad, bowtie pasta salad, Caesar, salad. Pick one of the following trays for every 12 people: Deli Rye and Kaiser tray, English tea tray, Vegetarian wrap tray, Croissant sandwich tray, Submarine & Kaiser tray. Beverages include assorted bottled chilled juices and freshly brewed coffee and tea.

"The Board Room" Lunch buffet   
Soup du jour, assorted deli-style sandwiches (one per person) fresh crudites and dip, assorted small cookies, freshly brewed coffee and tea.

Vegetarian Lunch buffet
Tossed salad with two dressings, choice of two hot entrees:  Rice Pilaf, Fruit Salad, Mixed Vegetables, assorted soft drinks. Vegetarian entrees include Vegetarian Lasagna, Eggplant Parmesan, Pasta with Tomato Basil Vegetable Sauce, Cheese Tortellini with Pesto Cream Sauce, Spinach and Eggplant Lasagna.

The Italian Pasta Buffet
Caesar salad, Marinated vegetable salad, Tossed salad with two dressings, garlic toast and garlic bread sticks, Cheese Tortellini with Pesto sauce, Linguini with Basil Tomato Sauce, Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo, assorted soft drinks, fresh brewed coffee and tea.

Pizza or Lasagna Buffet
Caesar salad, choice of one entree (assorted 17" Pizza available, 2 slices per person), assorted soft drinks

Quiche Buffet
Tossed salad with dressing, Individual quiche (5"), assorted rolls and butter, fresh brewed coffee & tea.

Gourmet BBQ Event

(includes service staff) Choice of beef steaks or grilled teriyaki chicken breasts, choice of 3 salads, assorted dinner rolls with butter, assorted soft drinks, assorted squares.

Buffet Dinners

All buffet dinners come complete with freshly baked rolls and butter, garden tossed salad, caesar salad, pasta salad, cole slaw, relish trays, one potato, rice or pasta, two vegetables, your choice of dessert and freshly brewed coffee and tea.
