Neely Trucking & Excavating has a support staff that specializes in customer service to oversee daily operations. These include a shop mechanic, heavy equipment operators, dump truck drivers, skilled laborers and a clerical/bookkeeping staff. With this excellent workforce, we are achieving maximum production while maintaining competitive pricing.

Office Staff
We are staffed with friendly and helpful clerical/bookkeeping personnel keeping accurate accounts of daily operations. They are equipped with modern computer technology and vast knowledge of practical applications. We are equipped with communications for easy access to dispatch messages or equipment to your projects and to answer any questions you may have concerning volumes or quantities of materials. Our office staff is prompt and responsive to any request giving information needed for any project.

Field Operations
Our field operations are supervised by crewmembers that are knowledgeable in all aspects of the projects. They can operate equipment as well as supervise and direct crewmembers on project details. With this excellent supervision and manpower we are able to produce and complete any portion of a project in a timely and efficient manner, achieving the maximum production results with competitive pricing.

Maintenance Crew
We operate a shop and employ a maintenance crew to keep our equipment in top-notch condition, therefore making the work progress of our projects run smoothly.

Storm Drainage Crew
We have an excellent storm drainage crew. They are skilled in installing storm drainage receptacles and pipes of all sizes from Highway and Street drains to roof drains. They cut in Drainage Ditches and placing rip rap, filter fabric, etc. They are qualified to build drain inlets and catch basins to specifications as well as retention ponds.
