Sharon Louise Brookman, 62 of Givens Estate died Wednesday, August 6, 2008.  A native of Buffalo, NY, she was daughter of the late Robert and Ruth Koelzow Herberger. 

     She is survived by three sons, Mark Samples of Columbia, SC; Stacey Samples of El Paso, TX and Sean Samples of Rutherfordton, NC; and one grandchild.

     A private service will be held.
