Edythe Eugenia Walker, 91, of Arbor Terrace died Thursday, February 28, 2008 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. A Native of Murphy, NC she was daughter of the late Patrick and Florence Taylor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Weston J. Walker in 1994, her brother Jesse Taylor and her sister, Mae Kessinger.
Mrs. Walker is survived by her daughters, Geni McKee, her husband, Doug and their daughter Grace of Asheville and Susannah Walker and her daughter, Jennifer McFadden of New Port News, Virginia.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 1, 2008 at Arbor Terrace with Rev. Barbara Waterhouse officiating. Graveside services will be held 11 AM, Monday, March 3rd at Milan Cemetery, in Milan Georgia,
