Guy Montgomery has been in the Real Estate business since 1972, participating in several aspects of the business.  He has built homes, multifamily housing, and commercial real estate, sold real estate, developed, invested, and managed property.  Property management is, however his concentration.   

He is a member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors (GLAR) which includes KAR and NAR.  In the past he has been Realtor of the Year as well as President of GLAR

He is a member of the Louisville Apartment Association (LAA) and has been president of this association in the past.

He is a member of the Home Builders Association (Associate Member)

He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)(including Kentucky Chapter #59) He is a past president of IREM, as well as past Manager of the Year.

Guy holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM).
