Dear Mr. Gannon

A little over a week ago, a very careless and inattentive driver backed into my beautiful car.  Needless to say that this was upsetting to me, howerever, what followed was quite wonderful.  I brought my car to you on Monday so you could give me an estimate of the damages.  You were extremely courteous and efficient.  On Wednesday, I was able to bring my car in for repairs, and two days later, just like you had said, my car was ready.  Not only was she repaired and looked as though nothing bad had ever happened, but she was also gleaming inside and out.

I want to thank you for taking such great care of my lovely Charger, the way I try to myself.  You, as well as everyone I have encountered at  Mike's Auto Body, were refreshingly pleasant, helpful and obviously very competent.  I will gladly recommend you to everybody I know, and will not hesitate to come back to you, even for regular maintenance.  Once again, thank you for helping turn an unfortunate and frustrating event into a very pleasant experience.

Dear John,

 

I don’t think I ever wrote a company to praise their service, so this is a first for me.  I’m sure you must receive many letters like this, so here is one more for you.

 

I had a most pleasant experience when I brought my car in for body repair and some checks for engine repair.  Your estimate was worth every penny because my car now looks better than before my accident.  A perfect job on the repair, paints and pin stripes.  I also asked for you to check my brakes and some other minor repairs.  To my surprise you said to me that there was no need for new brakes and that the ones I had were just fine.  Honesty will make me a customer for life.  Anytime I went to other repair shops in the past they never said no repair was needed!  I wouldn’t know if I needed a brake job or not, but thanks to you I know I can trust your company.  In this world today it is very hard to find anyone that is honest and I just wanted to thank you!

 

Another service that you did that surprised me was the cleaning of my car on the inside.  You even cleaned a grease mark on my back seat that was there for a long time!

 

I think a job well done needs to be praised so here it is in writing!

Dear Mr. Gannon,

 

I am writing to commend your employees, one in particular, with whom I was very impressed. On 11//07 I brought my car in for body work, as recommended by my insurance company, Liberty Mutual, (as well as friends and colleagues). I rented a car from Enterprise which was there waiting for me when I arrived.

 

On 11/08, I stopped at Winn Dixie on the way home from school (I am a teacher). Without going into the bizarre sequence of events, I somehow lost the keys to the rental car. I call Mike’s and the gentleman that answered was very kind and sent Randy, (their Roadside assistance man) to help me.

 

Randy went above and beyond the call of duty as far as I am concerned. When he arrived he was professional and polite and did everything within his power to help me locate the keys. I had thought I dropped them in the trunk. When we finally got the trunk open, the keys were not there. We realized that I possibly dropped them in the parking lot. Although he was called away for another job, he said he would stop by afterward to make sure I was okay.

 

Randy kept his word and came back to help. I went into the supermarket one more time to inquire about the keys and fortunately someone had found them and turned them in. Randy said he would wait to see that I safely left the parking lot. I made a suggestion to monetarily repay him but he said he just wanted to make sure I was all right. All I can say is Randy has restored my faith in mankind, in terms of taking the time and energy to do help another. He is good people and I request that you share this letter with him and place a copy in his employment file. Thank you!

During those 15 years, Elmer Day had serviced my policies and, I must admit, I was apprehensive about the uncertainty of how services would be handled under new 'leadership, as I had yet to meet you in person. My experience with Mike's Auto Body, as referred by your office, was undeniably one of, if not the best service industry experiences I have ever had. I have lived my life always expecting 200% of myself in all that I do; I am a customer that expects the same from those I do business with. I suppose you can say that my expectations of the service Industry are unrealistically high.  For the first time in my life, the service industry exceeded my highest level of expectations through my interaction with Mike's. The office staff, particularly Debbie Ross, kept me informed of timing and scheduling, promptly returned my calls, orchestrated rental car arrangements, and did so in the most gracious and friendliest of manners. Evelyn Hall was also very helpful. When I finally picked up my vehicle, it was not only repaired as it should be, ft was completely detailed and buffed!

 

I am fully aware that State Farm is on the higher end of the premium scale in the insurance industry. I have paid more than I could have for insurance over the years by staying with State Farm. My recent experiences have justified those expenditures and I am confidant that you and your offices will not only continue to represent State Farm in the most excellent and professional manner, but also set an even higher standard for not only the company, but the insurance industry at large.
