About The Firm
Our attorneys have combined legal experience of 176 years, Mr. Hingle and Mr. Favre, the two senior attorneys, have been practicing law for a combined time of nearly 66 years.
The company was started in 1974 in order to help injured victims. CEO, Michael Hingle, had begun to see the tragedy, heartache, injuries and financial hardship suffered by victims of injuries whether automobile, 18 wheeler, offshore or slip and fall. The firm's goal was to make quality victim representation available near where victims live. Since the start of the company, 10 offices have been opened in various locations including New Orleans, Metairie, Gretna, Slidell, Covington, Hammond, Baton Rouge, Laplace, Houma and Gulfport.
All clients are assigned a paralegal and an attorney. Providing clients information and status of their case is very important. Periodic meetings are held with clients to review injuries, testing, doctor appointments and how their injuries are progressing. At these meetings we also keep our clients informed of what is happening with settlement of the claim and/or litigation if a lawsuit is filed. Michael Hingle believes in aggressive litigation management and pushing a claim to conclusion as rapidly as possible. There have been cases settled in Federal Court form start to finish where approximately 15 months from the date of the accident until the case we settled, even in light of the fact the client had serious spinal surgery and was unable to return to work.
