Sarah Calhoun Allbritton, MBA, MA CCC-SLP was born in Monroe, Louisiana. She graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a BA in Speech, Language and Hearing Therapy (magna cum laude), Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge with a MA in Speech-Language Pathology and Millsaps College with a MBA in Business minoring in Marketing. Sarah received her Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech, Hearing and Language. Sarah also completed her +30 graduate hours in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Sarah has over 30 years of experience in the health care industry and over 23 years of experience in health care management. She has been the Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer, Regional Vice-President, Director of Business Development and President of several health care organizations throughout the southeast. Sarah is the sole owner and President of Medical TEMPS, Inc. Sarah won Business Person of the Year in Region VIII in 2004 awarded by the Louisiana Economic Department and the U. S. Small Business Development Center. In 2009 Sarah began another staffing/employment agency called Work TEMPS, Inc. Work TEMPS, Inc. employs and places non-medical staff.
Jessica Maxwell was born in Alamogordo, New Mexico. She has lived for the past 25 years in Richland Parish, Louisiana. Jessica attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe majoring in General Business. She has over 9 years of experience in the banking industry, specifically in the areas of customer service, loan processing, bookkeeping and proofing. Jessica has been with Medical TEMPS, Inc. since early 2002 and is its Director and On-Call Staff.
Megan McClanahan is the Medical TEMPS, Inc. and Work TEMPS, Inc. Marketing Representative. Megan works to market the contract services our company provides to our current and potential customers. Megan is a graduate from ULM with a Bachelors' degree of Liberal Arts with a minor in Public Relations. She has over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales and public relations. Megan and her family make their home in Monroe, LA.
Jordan Wise, Stephanie Markland, Brenda Post, Mogan Miles and Christi Hord are some of our other part time staff members who also serve as Receptionist/Office Assistants &/or On-Call Staff.
Dana Flores Reynolds and Ginger Pierce are Medical TEMPS, Inc. Registered Nurse's who serve as Clinical Resources for Medical TEMPS, Inc. and are there if any of our nursing staff need direction, instruction, nursing management or clinical correction while working with our company.
