“I would just like to say I had a great experience with your company. Nathan Pence did a great, honest repair job on my garage door. I am in the middle of moving to Canada and I am stopping in the middle of my move to turn on my computer and tell you about this experience. I called both Lester’s and "company Q" today. Both companies arrived at 3pm. "Company Q" was three times the quote Lester’s was and then wanted to charge me a trip fee once I decided to go with Lester’s. It is dishonest companies that force homeowners to attempt the repairs themselves and risk getting hurt. I commend your company. The fact it is local and "Company Q" is not means something to me as well. I would have still asked "Company Q" to come to my home for the quote even if I knew about the fee, however the dishonest way it was handled speaks volumes about that company and who they hire to represent them. Thank you Lester’s, it means a lot knowing how moral, ethical and honest your company and employees are, especially during tough economic times.”
