WINDLOAD INFORMATION

Does my door need to be windloaded?

 

Yes! Wind-load refers to the, “forces or pressures that are exerted on a structure and the components comprising the structure (such as garage doors, entry door, windows, etc.).”[1] All doors sold by Lester’s are tested to determine how much pressure they can handle from wind during a storm and can withstand winds up to 110 m.p.h in good condition.
