YEARLY MAINTENANCE:

Maintenance

 

Is it important to have the door maintained yearly? Yes! Lester's recommends yearly maintenance on your door in order to keep it in excellent working order and detect potential problems (such as

worn springs) before they become hazardous.

 

If my door was just installed do I need maintenance on it this year?

We recomment the first maintenance on a newly installed door to

be completed 1 year after installation.

 

Does Lester's offer a yearly maintenance plan? Yes!        

    

What does the maintenance plan cover? 

  • We call you once a year to schedule an appointment
  • Lubricate Door and Opener
  • Align the Door
  • Tighten all bolts
  • Check all safety functions and moving parts
  • Check remotes and wall button
  • Inspect Door and Opener Systems for any worn parts 

What is excluded from the maintenance plan?

  • Parts of any kind
  • Labor for additional repair
  • Travel outside of Gainesville
  • Parts or Repair to any Sears Opener

What is the cost for this service? $48.00 for one door (each additional door is $15.00/each).

 

Is the maintenance plan a warranty program? No. The cost of the maintenance plan covers only one visit per year.

 

Is there a warranty for labor? There is a standard warranty for all service labor provided by Lester's. The warranty period is for one year from the date of service and only covers problems related to the work done.
