About Us

Kobe Japanese Steak & Seafood House was established in 1997. We are family-owned and operated. The owners of the restaurant have owned several other restaurants in the Charleston area for over 25 years. They have over 50 years of combined experience in the restaurant business.

At KOBE, the interior is warm and inviting, the hibachi chefs are entertaining and skillful, the staff is very friendly, and the cuisine is excellent. Extra attention is given to the little things here - from the selection of dipping sauces at the hibachi tables to the delicious pre-meal soup and salads, and the sushi is fresh and flavorful.
